4. TRAINING SYSTEMS. Have a training system in place. Don’t give all the biz structure things up front. Having a manual is great, but it’s OVERWHELMING.  Bring your team other experts.

5. MONEY MAKING ACTIVITIES. You must stay in a state of growth and always be looking for ways to expand your network. Spend 80% of your time on networking, and 20% on training your team.
